How about these back tyres
You had problems with your car or somebody just told me a complete lie. I don"t know what to think about it as I am a person that really easily can be caught with such stuff, I never know when people bluff, lie and when they really say truth. Anyway, i can still do what it takes to run a big corporation. Of course I need the people to help me assume who is telling the truth and who is lying to me, but I somehow get it done always. I have it done by other employees that I trust without any limits. The same goes for our customers. You think you can always rely that they tell you the truth? Of course it is not like that. sometimes people just fantasize about things that they have never had. They want items and they have problems that never in fact existed, that was the case with tyres that they wanted to get money for last Monday. But for Manfred I wouldn"t ever know that there was something wrong about that stuff. These back tyres that he claimed to have bought damaged from us were completely broken after they were bought. They were just like after several thousand kilometers in worst conditions, I don"t know where they take their arguments from. They wanted to have a full refund for these tyres but it was clear that this wouldn"t be a justified verdict.
